How do I move KAS between a KDX wallet and the Kaspa core CLI wallet?

The only way to move coins between a KDX/web wallet and the Kaspa core CLI wallet is to create the destination wallet and transfer the coins to it. Because the two wallet types use incompatible formats — including different seed phrase lengths (12 words for KDX/web, 24 words for core CLI) — you cannot simply import one wallet's seed into the other. You must set up the target wallet as a fresh wallet, then send your KAS to its address just like any other on-chain transfer. This matters because beginners sometimes expect a shortcut like importing a seed phrase, but that path does not exist between these two wallet types.
